The neighborhood is a partnership between Miami Twp. and the City of Dayton which supports the economic development of Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport and surrounding areas.

“The Connor Groups headquarters and training facility will strengthen the company’s ability to grow and attract talent to the Dayton area,” said JP Nauseef, president and CEO of JobsOhio. “This investment strengthens the footprint of an Ohio company while supporting the continued success of an important community partner.”

The project also received a sales tax exemption from the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority. In addition to access to the highway and retail and commercial businesses, the site is located in a foreign trade zone, the state said.

“The Connor Group headquarters is located in a prime location on airport property and within the community, serving as a highly visible example of the level of investment companies are willing to make with our community and the community. State of Ohio,” said Miami Township Administrator Ronald Hess.
