The owners of Branch Funeral Home purchased a 9,100 square foot, 1.93 acre commercial building at 2115 Jericho Turnpike in Commack for $ 3.5 million. Recently occupied by a Bar Louie restaurant, the property will be transformed into a funeral home. Louis Fisher and Dennis Gandley of Douglas Elliman Commercial and Matthew Gault of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Cinron Associates, in the sale transaction.

The center, which has 13 retail stores, was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
