Responsible for supporting the administration and compliance of Foreign Trade Zone (FTA) activities, including the timely processing of inventory transactions and documentation of Customs and State border protection United States (CBP) linked to receipts and shipments withdrawn from the free zone distribution center to maintain an optimal flow of goods.


  • Support the role of FTZ coordinator with the management of the daily processing of receipts and shipments in the FTZ zone
  • Manage the entry of additional data elements (Excel format) required from the FTZ software solution
  • Assist in the preparation of the required FTZ entry forms (CBP3461, CBP7501 and CBP7512)
  • Engage in the resolution of problems related to inventory issues related to the operation of the free zone
  • Participate in reviews / audits of FTZ transactions for validation of compliance
  • Work directly with the FTZ administrator to prepare the FTZ annual reports to the CBP and the FTZ board
  • Contribute to the maintenance of regulatory processes and controls governing the operations of the area
  • High school certificate / high school diploma and / or relevant work experience
